Well that software was recommend by someone and it messed my Windows Areo Theme and my security centre it tells me that it can't start

When i try to change the theme there is in AREO option when i have Windows Ultimate

It would have removed registry entries. Mostly such software would take backup of registry before cleaning the registry. So, open the windows care professional , try to look up in deleted items or quarantine items or some other place , u can find the deleted registry entries. Restore them.

Hope it will restore the windows to original position.

just do a windows restore. Restore it back to previous stage before you used the advance windows care profess. Go to control panel, click on additional options, click on system and maintenance then click on backup and restore center and then restore files. That should fix your prob... good luck
