Your computer has a Smitfraud infection. Follow the removal procedure here using the free removal tool:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t...

Scroll down to:

"Automated Removal Instructions for VirusHeat:"

Do NOT use any removal products that may be advertised on the top of the page.

Good luck.

AVG Free...

Shoot yourself in the head with a high calibre pistol... You're more likely to survive "eating a bullet" with NO DAMAGE than not end-up with a virus ridden spambot while using AVG Free.

Now, to come back to YOUR question...Could you have a virus that your AVS can *not* detect?

YES. There are dozens of viruses released into "the wild" every day, and it generally takes any AVS publisher a few days to a month to add a specific new virus to it's definitions. This is why your subscription based AVS continually polls it's publisher's page on a daily or so basis.
