there are so many security softwares such as antivirus,malware,firewalls,spyware.i cannot what should i install.

I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware both spyware killers for years. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans etc. AVG does not slow the system down as much as some other products and Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from http://www.download.com/ I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps

To protect your computer from viruses and malware you can use these for free and they can all be downloaded from www.download.com :

AVG AntiVirus

Lavasoft AdAware

ZoneAlarm Firewall

And, maybe once every couple of months, run an online virus scanner. Just in case.

Oh and do not use Norton, it is prone to screwing up a computer or run two of any of the above applications at the same time. You may need to disable Window's firewall if you use ZoneAlarm.
You should have at the very least-an antivirus program. A few of the also search for malware/spyware. I recommend running a stand alone anti-spyware program also. Go to google and search for google pack. go to that link where you can download a free version of Spyware Doctor. Also running a fire wall is always a good idea. You can go to Download.com and grab the free version of ZoneAlarm.
